Technical Specifications

SPACE AND VENUE

Small to mid-scale theatres.

A Conversation with Carmel is designed to fit an overall footprint of 9m wide x 6m deep x 5m high. The overall footprint can be reduced slightly depending on the venue.

A Conversation with Carmel is designed for a Proscenium stage or a black box theatre. The stage surface must be smooth. Black dance floor is required. The back drop for A Conversation with Carmel will be in house back cloth or tabs.

SET

The company will provide:

· Two tables (overall length 2m x 0.75m high x 0.75m wide)

· Two benches

· Two boom bases and poles

The Promoter will provide:

· Prop tables x 2

· All running and work lights necessary for performers and operators

· All masking

· Black back drop

· Black dance floor

· 6 x stage weights

LIGHTING

The Company will provide:

· 1 x Frog Lighting Desk (pre-programmed)

· 6 x Boom bases with scaff poles and scaff arms for side light (No lanterns with company)

· 6 x Par 20 Birdies

· 2 x Robe ColourWash 250AT Moving Lights with 13 amp – 16 amp adapters

· 2 x Floor Plates

· Colour

· DMX Cables

· A Full Lighting Plan

The Promoter will provide:

· 10 x circuits on SL and 10x on SR for Booms. 2 x circuits are required for DSC for Birdies.

· All other lighting requirements will be used from in-house stock.

SOUND

The company provides:

· Imac

· Qlab

The promoter provides:

· Sound desk and speakers

VIDEO

The company provides:

· 2 x BenQ Projectors

· 2 x Walhberg Projector Shutters with switches

· 2 x 20 Metres XLR

· 2 x VGA adaptors

· 3 x 30 metres of Cat 5 Cable

· 2 x 13 amps 4 way extensions.

· All AV is also run from our imac with qlab which tours with us.

The Promoter provides:

· 2 x Cat5 points
